Are you a qualified mechanic experienced at maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment including small motors, light vehicles, heavy and commercial vehicles and earth moving equipment? Council is seeking a qualified Mechanic to join our small, customer focussed Gracemere Workshop.

Your strong mechanical experience will be used to diagnose, maintain and repair automotive air-conditioning systems, brake systems, transmission and final drive systems, including truck manual and automatic transmissions.  You are a team player and take pride in ensuring a high quality of work is provided to all customers.  To be successful for this role you will hold your trade qualification and have a high level of knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety procedures relevant to a workshop environment.
